Keep resume versions and portfolio files, share selected documents, and revisit candidate and interviewer history in one workspace.
A personal account can open the workspace without an invitation. Store standard resumes and portfolio files in PDF, PNG or JPG, up to 10 MB per file and 100 files awaiting cleanup. Your personal subscription storage limit also applies. Each upload is an independent version charged to personal storage and is private by default.
Select 1–10 files and explicitly confirm sharing to create a link or QR poster. Choose 1, 3, 7, 14 or 30 days and revoke at any time. Up to 40 active links per account. Anyone holding the link can view the selected files, so share only with intended recipients. Downloads are off by default; screenshots and copies already saved cannot be prevented or recalled.
My applications and Interviews I joined show your own participation. Interviewers can filter history, find pending reviews and write summaries. Drafts are private; submitted notes are visible to authorized managers, not candidates or other interviewers. Once access ends, only a restricted participation record remains. Files and review contents do not reopen.
Enterprise owners, administrators and authorized HR manage rooms and provide Tencent Meeting or WeCom meeting links. Invited external interviewers need not join the workspace. Candidates can consent to copy a personal file into an interview. That independent copy consumes personal storage and follows the interview retention agreement. Deleting the original does not delete a submitted copy. Room allowances depend on the subscription and platform configuration.
This library is for your own resume and personal documents. Edit, compress or convert PDFs; compress images or convert them to PDF. A personal working copy preserves shared and submitted originals. Confirm credits in the existing tool. Results remain in My content; PDF, PNG and JPG files up to 10 MB can be saved as separate library versions, each using storage.
Yes. The personal library and workspace are always available after sign-in. Company room management still requires an eligible enterprise role and subscription.
No. It stops future access through the link and keeps your original. Copies already saved by recipients cannot be recalled.
