Service and accounts
These terms apply to STHBox and its APIs, operated by 上海盛迭信息科技有限公司. Product descriptions, order confirmations and specific service agreements also apply. These terms do not replace separate notices or consent required by law.
Register with an email you are entitled to use and protect passwords and API keys. Business members must be authorized. Joining a business does not transfer ownership of personal workspace content; business administrators manage memberships, seats and shared usage.
Subscriptions and credits
Before purchasing, review the region, currency, total payable price, promotion conditions, term and benefits. One-month, quarterly and annual purchases have different terms. Recurring monthly billing applies only when offered and explicitly authorized, with a prominent reminder before renewal and an accessible cancellation route. Cancelling renewal does not immediately end the paid term.
Monthly subscription credits follow the subscription start date and expire at the end of each monthly cycle without rollover, including quarterly and annual plans. Free monthly credits and daily spending caps appear in the account. Active paid subscriptions are not subject to the free daily credit cap, but purchased quotas and necessary security, file-size and concurrency limits still apply.
Purchased top-up credits do not expire at the monthly reset. Administrative grants follow their recorded conditions. Credits account for service usage; they are not cash or a financial product. Statutory refund and other rights are not excluded.
Processing and settlement
Paid actions show a quote before submission. API calls follow the configured pricing rules described in the integration documentation. Credits may be reserved and settled when successful results are saved; a confirmed failure releases the reservation. If an outcome is uncertain, check the task before resubmitting.
For incorrect charges, unusable results or services not provided as agreed, contact help@sthbox.com with the order or task ID. Records will be reviewed and appropriate performance, credit correction, refund or other remedies handled under applicable law and agreement. Payment or use alone does not exclude a remedy.
Content and intellectual property
You retain lawful rights to uploaded content and authorize only the processing needed for your requested storage, conversion, display, distribution and collaboration. Ensure you may process files, fonts, images, music and other people’s personal information. Do not use the service for infringement, fraud, malware, unlawful distribution or bypassing access controls.
Platform software, branding and third-party components remain owned by their respective rights holders. Using STHBox does not transfer those rights or ownership of your content.
Review results
OCR, conversion and layout reconstruction may introduce recognition errors, substituted fonts, pagination changes or retained images. Compare important results with originals before publishing, signing, settling accounts or making decisions. This review guidance does not exclude our legal duties or agreed quality obligations.
Keep important originals and backups. Storage quotas, recycle bins and deletion follow the relevant interface notices. Do not rely on STHBox as your sole backup.
Surveys and connected applications
Survey creators must explain the purpose, information collected and contact details, obtain required authorization and avoid excessive sensitive data collection. Check the audience before sharing links, presentation codes or exported files.
Connected applications may have additional terms and privacy notices. STHBox remains responsible for its account, authorization, billing and integration services as required by law.
Changes and service termination
Maintenance, security risks or misuse may require proportionate restrictions. Reasons and remedies will be communicated where feasible and legally permitted. Material service or terms changes will be brought to your attention; fresh consent will be sought when required.
When service ends or an account is closed, unfulfilled paid services, unused balances and data export or deletion requests will be handled under applicable law. Required records may be retained. These terms do not permit arbitrary forfeiture of paid benefits or exclusion of statutory liability.
Contact and disputes
These terms are interpreted under applicable laws of the People’s Republic of China, without excluding mandatory consumer protections that apply. Contact help@sthbox.com to seek resolution, or use lawful complaint and court remedies.
Translations aid understanding. Ambiguities are interpreted with the transaction and applicable law, without diminishing statutory rights.
